Returns & Exchanges


We hope that you are satisfied with the product purchased from our online store. However, please choose carefully… We do not give refunds if you:

  • simply change your mind, or
  • make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange
or credit where goods:

  • are faulty
  • have been wrongly described
  • are different from a sample shown to you, or
  • do not do what they are supposed to

Please retain your online receipt as proof of purchase

For an exchange or online credit we ask that you follow the instructions below.

  1. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt with the packing slip and/or invoice.
  2. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning your item to us.
  3. Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached.
  4. We will not accept change of mind returns for swimwear, underwear, jewellery or any items purchased from the “Sale” section of our website.

Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.

We are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.
